3. Do you have other furbabies in your home?
4. Where will the dog spend most of its time?
5. How much time will the puppy be alone?
6. What are your work hours? Your spouse?
7. Do you have children? What ages?
8. Where will the dog go while you are on vacation?
9. What will you do if you can no longer keep this puppy?
10. Are you willing to sign a contract stating specific terms and agreements of the sale of this puppy?
